However, due to the nature of digital products and customized projects, certain refund and cancellation conditions apply.

1. Project Initiation & Payments

• All projects start after receiving the initial advance payment or as mentioned in the quotation/proposal.
• This advance payment confirms your project booking and our resource allocation — hence, it is non-refundable.
• Work will not begin until the payment confirmation is received.

2. Cancellations by Client

If you wish to cancel your project:

• Before work begins: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment — we may offer a partial refund (minus processing/consultation costs).
• After work has started: No refunds will be provided once project design, development, or setup is in progress.
• After project completion: No cancellations or refunds are applicable once final files or access credentials are delivered.

3. Digital Products & GPL Tools

• Any GPL themes, plugins, or software used in your project are open-source and non-refundable, as per their respective licenses.
• Since these are digital files, once delivered, no refunds can be issued for them individually.
• GPL versions do not include automatic updates or official author support — clients may buy official licenses if they prefer those features.

4. Refunds by SachinRout.com

We may issue a refund only in special cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment made by error.
• Inability to start the project due to internal reasons (e.g., resource unavailability).

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Revision & Rework Policy

• Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as mentioned in your package or proposal.
• Additional revisions or scope changes beyond that will be chargeable.
• No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal design preferences after approval of mockups or layouts.

6. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services

• Payments made for hosting, domains, or third-party tools (like SMS gateways, mail services, etc.) are non-refundable, as we pay them to external vendors.
• In case of any issue, we will help you contact the third-party provider for resolution.

7. Maintenance & Renewal Fees

• Website maintenance or renewal fees (monthly/yearly) are non-refundable once the service period begins.
• You may cancel future renewals anytime before the renewal date.
