3. GPL Themes & Plugins Usage

We may use GPL (General Public License) WordPress themes or plugins while developing client projects.

 

• • GPL software is 100% legal to use, modify, and redistribute under WordPress’s open-source license.

• • We only use verified and scanned GPL sources for safety and functionality.

• • Premium licenses (for automatic updates or support) can be purchased directly by the client if needed.

SachinRout.com is not affiliated with or claiming ownership of third-party tools or themes.

4. Payment & Project Terms

 

• • All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or proposal.

• • Work begins only after the initial payment or advance confirmation.

• • Project revisions are included as mentioned in your plan or agreement.

• • Once the final project is delivered, additional changes may incur extra cost.

• • All payments are non-refundable after design approval or project delivery (see Refund Policy for details).

5. Content & Copyright

 

• • The client must provide all website text, images, and content that belong to them or are licensed for use.

• • Demo images or sample content from themes will be replaced with client-provided materials.

• • We do not use copyrighted media without permission.

All website designs created by us remain custom intellectual work of SachinRout.com unless agreed otherwise.

6. Credits & Footer Notice

All websites designed by SachinRout.com may include a small footer credit such as:
“Designed & Developed with ❤️ by Sachin Rout Team.”
Clients may remove or modify this credit with written permission.

Portfolio & Case Study Display

After project completion, SachinRout.com reserves the right to display the completed website, its screenshots, logo, and a short description as part of our portfolio or case study showcase on our agency website and social media.

This display helps promote both our work and the client’s brand visibility, and it may include a high-quality backlink to the client’s website (beneficial for SEO).

The client may request removal of their logo or project listing at any time by sending an email to hello@sachinrout.com
, and we will respectfully remove it within 3–5 working days.

7. Maintenance & Updates

 

• • Free maintenance is provided only if mentioned in your package.

• • GPL-based websites may not auto-update unless a valid license is purchased by the client.

• • Clients can request manual updates anytime, subject to compatibility and availability.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (like payment gateways, hosting, or plugins).
We are not responsible for downtime, performance issues, or changes made by those services.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but SachinRout.com will not be liable for:

 

• • Loss of data, profit, or business opportunities

• • Security issues caused by third-party plugins or client-side changes

• • Any type of Misuse or illegal activities of the website after project handover or delivered 

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

11. Refund & Cancellation

Once the project is in progress or delivered, no refunds will be issued except in specific approved cases.
